The Medisafe Customer Service Department is dedicated to offering an efficient, friendly and quality service to our customers.  We are able to offer technical support from one of our dedicated team of professionals both over the phone and face to face.

We have a nationwide team of Field Service Engineers working exclusively on Medisafe equipment who are committed to you and your service needs, ensuring that your investment continues to operate in accordance with your expectations.  All of our Engineers have a vast experience within decontamination and receive regular product training, to ensure we continually offer the best possible support and customer care which ultimately leads to customer peace of mind.  Our Service Engineers are trained to commission and validate our equipment to HTM2030, HTM2010, HTM01-05 and ISO 15883.

Our Customer Service team at our HQ in Bishop’s Stortford is committed to providing an excellent customer experience.  We have a dedicated support team offering technical advice and scheduling visits for our Service Engineers to attend to your technical requirements.
