Medisafe is committed to providing cost effective, reliable, safe and timely products and services wherever a need for washing, disinfecting and decontamination is identified.

This objective will be achieved through the operation and maintenance of an effective Quality Management System, and which is independently assessed and certified to the following standards and regulations:

• ISO 9001:2008
• ISO 13485:2003
• EU Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC”
• Canadian Medical Devices Regulations 1998

We will continually review and revise what we do and how we do it in order that our procedures and practices:

• Realise products and services which consistently satisfy or exceed our customers needs and expectations in respect of performance, reliability and timely delivery
• Ensure that we maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Adherence to the processes and standards laid down in our Quality Management System is mandatory on all employees, so that our ability to meet the requirements and objectives of this Quality Policy can be demonstrated and customer confidence can be maintained.
